|Recommended: YesGood place to live near campus — Overall, the commons is a nice place to live near campus. Our unit has plenty of space and fits our needs quite well. Maintenance staff are always timely in completing requests and office staff are always friendly

|Recommended: YesI love the property — The apartment is clean, easy to maintain and virtually soundproof, which is important to me as a student. The office staff is friendly, patient and very helpful, and maintenance crew are quick to respond, which I appreciate. I find the management to be helpful and open to negotiating to help me feel welcome and safe. All in all, I feel so happy living at The Commons and I plan to stay throughout my Miami University experience.

|Recommended: YesGood for Off Campus Living — In a quiet area within walking distance of grocery stores, gas station, banks, and bus station. The apartment itself will have some minor issues when moving in, but after everything is cleaned and sorted, it's a place that makes for a comfortable, convenient, and spacious residence which is especially handy during Covid .

|Recommended: YesGreat space, wish they could regulate how tenants live — The space is very nice and has all of the amenities needed, however our case was a little extreme in that the previous renters had trashed the place. The bathroom baseboards could definitely be replaced as well as the wooden floorboard on the first floor. The place also reeked of cigarette smoke but maintenance was very helpful and we had machines placed to make the smell less intense

|Recommended: YesMixed — You may experience some troubles after you move in, but everything from how they react to the issue being reported and fixing the issues has been wonderful I don't have any problems with anything that has happened here outside of some general move-in issues. Had electricity go out twice, hot water issues, not too mention my toilet was somewhat broken and I had decreased water level pressures from my shower... But I've enjoyed it here so far.

|Recommended: YesVery nice place — Only missing two things, but these are both key and its shocking they aren't in every unit-disposal for the kitchen sink, and a router. Every unit needs a router. If they give every dorm room ethernet ports, they can give every unit a router. And a kitchen sink without a disposal is less than useless. Other than that I love it

|Recommended: Yes4 bedroom apartment — It's pretty nice, location is a little further from campus. The size of the bedrooms are a little small but the appliances are all decent and for the price this apartment is pretty nice.
