|Recommended: YesDecent Place to Live — Relatively decent place to live, professional and friendly property staff. Maintenance fixed things super quickly, usually while I'm in class. Well insulated, so sounds rarely come through from roommates or neighbors. They spray bug repellant every once in a while, so you're rarely getting any insects in the apartment. It's really nice that beds, furniture, wifi, and water come with the place so they're one less thing to worry about.
My main complaints would be how bad they can be at answering emails definitely just call or go into the office , or sending you a notice after you've moved out. Moved out on May 16th, 2020 and had all my bills paid at that time, papers signed, etc. After I moved out, I got billed electric from all the way back in March, but had no idea since I wasn't mailed any documents or sent any emails. Finally got an email in August, saying I had a balance over 30 days past due, which was a bit of a shock.
Wish they were better at sending responding to emails, and it would be great if there was an automatic system that sends you an email if you have a balance due so you aren't totally clueless like me, especially after I've already moved out.
Overall, I'd probably choose to live here again. Just wish some things were better.

|Recommended: YesPretty Solid - But Remember It’s Oxford — I did live here for 2.5 years and I liked it overall. Great location if you don’t have to be on campus a lot. The bus stop is close though, and Kroger. Always lots of parking. But remember it’s a college apartment not the Ritz. If you keep that in perspective it’s really solid.

|Recommended: YesNice place to live — Very accommodating property staff who are all very helpful. Quiet place to live that is good quality for the cost of rent. Parking is never an issue as there are many spaces to park across the entire complex. Maintenance issues are fixed promptly.

|Recommended: YesGood Community for College Students — This complex is on the cheaper end of others in Oxford which is why I chose it. You can hear everything the people above you do, even flushing the toilet. Staff is helpful and accommodating when needed. Location is good close to bus stop, campus, Kroger. Overall, good place to live even though I had issues in the beginning.
