|Recommended: YesSpring 2023 Review — I have enjoyed living at the Commons and getting to have all of the amenities of a gym, free parking, free wifi, and in unit washer and dryer. However, it has taken the staff almost 8 months to get my apartment a new A C unit installed and we only had one working shower for almost a month. Overall, the quality of our apartment could be better. The property staff has been very accommodating though just wish things we checked before we even moved in.

|Recommended: YesNice and cheap place to live — The commons are good place to live. bus stops are near and store is near. Makes this a great place. However, my room had few problems before my movein, they did not fixed those before my move-in. I would be glad if they can be more thorough with their inspection before move-in.

|Recommended: YesMC-114 — Great first weekend and awesome staff, especially Maddie. Very helpful. Lots of furniture strewn about the property but I have to believe that is normal for the first weekend. Overall, we are thrilled with our apartment, especially location and noise level - very quiet.
