|Recommended: NoRoom A — Apartment was filthy upon arrival, carpet in bedroom wasn’t vacuumed, screen and windows was filled with cobwebs, kitchen cabinets had old liners and cat litter in them, bathroom sink doesn’t drain well, shower doesn’t even turn on, bathroom floor doesn’t feel or look clean, overall very upset with how the apartment looks compared to the model shown to us

|Recommended: YesI have appreciated the communication with residence from office staff throughout the years. The staff of The Commons have been friendly, willing to help and are prompt in their comunication. The maintenance staff are excellent in providing immediate action and they are professional in their skill set. The Commons allows dogs at the location and each dog knows there are dog treats in the office waiting just for them. The apartment accommodations has several options for your life style in floor plans. The stores are walking distance from the apartments which is very convenient. Miami U is also within walking distance of The Commons, making it an ideal location.
