Returning to college later in life presented me with a housing challenge. However, moving into The Commons is the BEST decision I could have made. Not only is the property well-kept but also the maintenance staff is top-notch. The Miami University students working in The Commons office are thorough, helpful, polite, and very friendly. It's a pleasure to deal with the staff on the premises. My apartment is attractive and well-equipped with a washer and dryer in place so that I don't have to share facilities with other tenants. I feel safe and secure and stores are within walking distance as well as a park with pickleball courts. In warm weather, I can walk around the park or sit outside. I have been here for two years and I will maintain my residence for the balance of my tenure at Miami University working on my doctorate. I highly recommend The Commons where good living is not Uncommon
