|Recommended: YesVery Great Community — If someone were to ask about this place, I would tell them that it really is a great community to live in. I enjoy the amenities that this place provides, the cleanliness, and friendly staff. The only thing I would mention is that at times you can hear your neighbors but it has never really been a huge issue. As I said, overall it is a great community but there are minimal issues that come with every apartment complex and community that you may live in.

|Recommended: YesNice Apartments — It's a good option for a one person apartment. Several parking options. Apartment door is shielded from the elements. Lights in parking lot and in stairwell. Can sometimes hear neighbors through the walls if they are being overly loud or if they are running the washer dryer. Just enough space for one person. Combined washer and dryer. Nice appliances in kitchen. Calling the office instead of emailing about issues questions is your best bet. Most everyone in the office is nice and willing to help. Chandler is a young man who works in the office who is very kind, knows his job well, is willing to help, and even goes out of his way to remember the names of the tenants he works with.

|Recommended: YesGood, staff is friendly, issues with various fixtures — I like living here, the apartments are nice and spacious and come with a lot of amenities, but many of the fixtures appliances, like my toilet, shower, our laundry machines, the water, have had several issues and have been unreliable to use. It's understandable given that we just moved in that there would be issues with the apartments and difficulties with getting those issues resolved, especially since practically everyone in this complex has moved in in the last couple weeks. That being said, those issues have still been bothersome. Ultimately, I'd recommend living here cause the rent is very affordable and the amenities are nice, but expect to possibly deal with issues with apartment features.

|Recommended: YesExcellent place to live, except internet — Almost everything is great at The Commons. Staff are super helpful, maintenance was quick to fix any issues, apartment was clean at move in, but the internet is unreliable. The promised high speed network is only if very few people are using it. Internet either becomes extremely slow or cuts out every night and sometimes even during the day as well. Hoping this is a just a temporary issue and will be resolved soon.
