submitted by Jonathan S. - Aug 25, 2021|Recommended: YesI mean it's still an apartment, but it's a nice one. — It's better than a lot of college places I've seen sure it's got quirks, or dents, or holes here and there, but its clean for the most part, the furniture is nice, and the space is well used. The internet can be a little tricky, and you'll pay for your own if you want to have ethernet connectivity. Overall a solid place.

It's pretty small, but it's all that I need. It's a little cramped, and a tiny bit dirty, but it's nothing that some command strips and bleach can't fix. The pool is really nice

submitted by Miranda M. - Jul 23, 2021|Recommended: YesExcellent staff and very affordable — As a student, the rent here is very affordable, and the spaces are equipped with everything necessary including furniture and main appliances. Portions of the space are a bit out dated, but the staff works well to provide updates and repairs. It is a good location in town, and not to far from campus. The staff members are very friendly and great about conflict resolution.

Chris and the maintenence staff is incredible and when I have had really some really bad roommate problems they have been more than helpful when things have gotten bad.

The units are in great walking distance to Kroger and the BCRTA stop which is very useful to me. The four bedroom units are also at a great price for Oxford which is a big plus for me. Would definitely live here again and recommend to others.
